If you have a complaint with any of our services, please contact us. To help us provide you with the fastest resolution, please follow the following steps in order as mandated by the CCTS:
1. Call Customer Service at 1.514.281.8585 extension 1 or 1.800.865.8585 extension 1.
2. If you are not able to resolve your complaint, please request to talk to a supervisor or your account manager.
3. If none of the above are productive, submit your complaint to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please indicate that the message
is a complaint and include a clear description of the problem and how our attempts to resolve the issue are not to your satisfaction.
If your problem as not been solved to your satisfaction, there is an alternative, the CCTS.
CCTS is an independent agency whose mandate is to resolve complaints of consumers about their telecom and TV services, and complaints of small business customers about their telecom services, free of charge. If you have a complaint about your telephone, wireless, internet or TV service, you must first try to resolve it directly with your service provider. If you have done so and have been unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, CCTS may be able to help you.
